...but calling you is not one.

    A Special Announcement

    August 14, 2018

We have been recently made aware that another company is contacting people by telephone, claiming to be from "EduMatch." We want to make you aware that this use of our name is neither connected to nor authorized by us. Here are some things to keep in mind, should you be contacted by EduMatch.

    • At this time, we have no plans to contact members via telephone.
    • If you receive e-mail correspondence on behalf of EduMatch, the address will end with @edumatch.org (or edumatchfoundation).
    • Our official Twitter handles are @edu_match and @edumatchbooks.

Thanks, friends! Best wishes for a fun and fabulous school year.

We called the FCC to follow up, who said that they are working to crack down on spoofing. These spoof calls affect thousands of people across the nation.

    According to their website,

"Unwanted calls – including illegal and spoofed robocalls - are the FCC's top consumer complaint and our top consumer protection priority."

The FCC is putting in measures to protect consumers such as the STIR/SHAKEN program that will soon be required of cell phone providers (see below).

They shared with us the following resources, that we would like to provide to the general public:

How to Stop Unwanted Robocalls and Texts

    Report a Violation

    STIR/SHAKEN program information
