SARAH THOMAS

President

Sarah-Jane Thomas, PhD is a Regional Technology Coordinator in Prince George’s County Public Schools.  Sarah is also a Google Certified Innovator, Google Education Trainer, and founder of the EduMatch project, which promotes connection and collaboration among educators around the world.  Through EduMatch, Sarah has published several collaborative and individual books, and serves as President on the Board of Directors for EduMatch Foundation, Inc. Sarah is also on the leadership team of the ISTE Digital Equity PLN, and Affiliate Faculty at Loyola University in Maryland.

TAMMY NEIL

Secretary

Tammy is a Computer Science teacher. She teaches grades 6-12 in a growing CTE program. Outside of the classroom, she is the lead organizer for Edcamp Branford, co-moderates #FLedChat and #RuralEdChat each week on Twitter. She is a Google Certified Trainer. MARIE-THERESE L. THOMAS

Treasurer

Marie-Thérèse Labossière Thomas has worked as an Administrative Officer, accountant, educator, and writer. She conducted teacher training in cultural diversity and cross-cultural issues through the University of the District of Columbia, as well as local school systems and universities in the DC area, and taught in middle school.

TOUTOULE NTOYA

Fundraising Officer

Dr. Toutoule Ntoya is an educator and entrepreneur dedicated to helping students achieve by 1) working with teachers in professional development and cognitive coaching to implement curricula and 2) working with students directly using learning and motivational strategies. Toutoule has completed a Masters degree in Education with an emphasis in teaching. Dr. Ntoya has also obtained a Cleared Teaching Credential in Science and an Administration Services Credential. Dr. Ntoya possesses an educational doctoral degree in Urban Education Leadership at the University of Southern California emphasizing in educational psychology.
